Using this website

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general information about the services offered. It does not form a contract or a binding quotation. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or reuse the text, photographs or design without written permission.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. It starts a conversation. Details of what is included, how long a session will take, the number of edited images, any travel charge and the price are agreed in writing before any work is confirmed.

Bookings, payment and deposits

Payment is taken by bank transfer or online payment. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due as agreed at the time of booking. Ongoing content packages are paid on a recurring basis as set out in your agreement. Payment terms for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to move a session, please tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to find another date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, are set out in the written agreement for your project.

Photography, copyright and licence

Copyright in all photographs and design work remains with Rise With Design. On full payment you are granted a licence to use the supplied images and content to promote your own business, including your website, social media, business profiles and marketing material. Images must not be resold, sub-licensed or supplied to third parties for their own promotion. Please do not crop, filter or edit supplied images in a way that materially alters them.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show work created for your business as portfolio or marketing material. If you would prefer your images were not used in this way, just say so and they will not be.

Working in your salon

Sessions take place in a working environment with animals present. Animal welfare comes first at all times and no animal will be placed under pressure for a photograph. You remain responsible for the safety, handling and supervision of the animals and people in your premises, and for obtaining permission from any staff members, clients or pet owners who will appear in the photographs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost bookings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
